Briefing a graphic designer well is the key to achieving a quality outcome.
At AS Design, we believe in working closely with our clients to get everything clear before starting work. This way, everyone knows what’s going to happen and why.
Calculating the budget
Even if an organization has not worked with graphic designers before, they generally have a rough idea of the amount they want to spend on a project. Being open about the budget allows the design buyer to concentrate on finding someone whose work they admire, rather than being restricted to more often than not) the lowest price and questionable quality.
When choosing a designer, don't rely on price alone. While price can be one indicator of whether the designer meets your budget needs, consider the following five qualities: professionalism, portfolio, experience, creativity and service. Don't be afraid to ask questions and seek references.
